PAYMENT AND RETURN
If you desire to receive a refund, please notify us via email: support@thewheeloffortunetarots.com . Within 5-7 working days, the funds will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
If a different service is sent or damage occurs, the consumer must tell us by email at support@thewheeloffortunetarots.com within 24 hours of delivery. If the assistance is mentioned on the website at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typing error, we may contact the customer to inform them of the correct instructions, or we may cancel the ordered product and notify the customer of the cancellation. In similar cases, if the payment has already been received, we will refund the charged amount to the customer. Services cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased because they are energised in the recipient’s name and cannot be utilised by anyone else because they connect with the recipient’s auric energy. There is no refund in such cases. We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.
HOW AND WHERE THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT
The refund money will be refunded back to the customer’s credit or debit card used at the time of booking. We process the refund within 4 working days after confirmation. However, banks may take up to 10 working days to complete the requested refund and reflect it in your credit or debit card statement account. Please contact your bank immediately if there are any delays after we have confirmed the return.
