Refund Policy
We have only 48 hours refund policy, during that time frame you can claim your money back for any reason if in case you do not want to proceed with The Wheel Of Fortune Tarots for any product/services and once you raise your query for a refund that time no questions will be asked. We will simply refund your money back in a few working days.
Payment And Returns
Incase you wish to get the refund, you must inform us (through mail:- support@thewheeloffortunetarots.com). The amount will get credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days.
Cancellation Policies
The customer needs to notify us by mail at support@thewheeloffortunetarots.com within 24 hours from the delivery time in case a different service is given or any miscommunication by our team or any false promise. In that case you can cancel your purchase and we will refund the charged amount if the payment is already received.
How and Where the Customer will receive the Refund Amount
The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment source used by the customer at the time of booking. We initiate the refund within 4 working days maximum after confirmation. However, it could take up to 10 working days for the banks to process the refund requested and reflect it in your credit or debit statement. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of the refund by us.
